About: Under a Serpent Sun is a radio show on UMD's very own radio station WMUC that hosts two hours of the finest Swedish melodic death/black metal along with other metal directly influenced by those sub-genres. The show takes its name from the song of the same name on At the Gates' 1995 album "Slaughter of the Soul". Expect songs from bands such as: Amon Amarth, At the Gates, Be'lakor, Carcass, Dark Tranquillity, Darkest Hour, Dissection, Eucharist, In Flames, Sacramentum, The Black Dahlia Murder, Undying, and many more!
